All services provided by EZELINK Telecom may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in any country, state or city is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to material protected by copyright, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and defend the EZELINK Telecom from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Prohibitions

Sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be detrimental to the EZELINK Telecom servers, or any other server on the Internet.

Server Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of EZELINK Telecom is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all accounts. If you violate the Terms of Use outlined within, your IP Address will be blocked without the possibility of refund.

Limitation of Liability

EZELINK Telecom shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from the EZELINK Telecom server. Furthermore, EZELINK Telecom will not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages arising from the corruption or deletion of any content/website from the server EZELINK Telecom.

Violation

Any violation of use in accordance with these policies should be referred to info@ezelink.com. All complaints will be investigated promptly. EZELINK Telecom reserves the right to change any or all policies or guidelines above, without notification. Also retains the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notice.
