Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven WiFi Sales Manager to join our team in UAE. This role will focus on driving the sales of cutting-edge WiFi solutions, including managed networks, enterprise-grade access points, and IoT-integrated systems, across the Emirate. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to expand our market presence, build strategic client relationships, and exceed revenue targets in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets for WiFi products and services.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and onboard new clients, including shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, and enterprises, while nurturing existing accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and recommend tailored WiFi solutions.
- Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with technical teams to provide pre-sales support, including site surveys, solution demonstrations, and customized proposals for WiFi deployments.
- Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement teams, fostering trust and credibility.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics, presenting insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Compliance & Localization: Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE regulations (e.g., TRA standards) and adapt strategies to cultural and business practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in sales and business development, with at least 3 years in technology sales (preferably WiFi, networking, or IT infrastructure) within GCC.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of WiFi technologies (e.g., WiFi 6, IoT integration) is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to ambiguous challenges, and capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced market.
